APPNAHayat.org message boards, email, and other interactive features offer opportunities for meaningful interaction where users can share knowledge, experiences, and other helpful information. Since most of the interactions are public, the experience is best when people follow certain guidelines.
Here is some helpful advice:
Use "Netiquette": There are several sources on the Internet that can help you communicate effectively using “Netiquette.” Quite simply, Netiquette is a set of core guidelines to help the cyberspace community behave productively while online. Since expression, gestures, and voice tone are all invisible to members, it’s helpful to understand basic online etiquette.
Be Succinct: Stay on topic and collect your thoughts before communicating them publicly in writing. If your comments are off topic, you may wish to indicate this early in your message or perhaps the subject header.
Build Online Rapport: In addition to mutual understanding, there will surely be conflicting points of view at times. Remember to respect the opinions of others. Part of what makes a good community is the ability to see different points of view. Agreeing to disagree is good Netiquette. Those who foster goodwill, will get more participation from others.
SPAM: Don't "spam" the boards with multiple postings. Inappropriate messages, like advertising unproven “miracle cures” or products for sale will be removed.
Respect Others: This is really the bottom line. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” This includes refraining from using profanity or engaging in conduct that would be deemed inappropriate in real-life, face-to-face situations.

Registered User Conduct
You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials ("Content") publicly posted is the sole responsibility of the person from which such content originated. This means that you, and not APPNAHayat.org, bear all risks and liabilities for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the service. You agree to not use the service to:
a. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
b. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation. (Posting the same note more than once can be considered "spam" or "spamming");
c. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
d. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
e. impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an APPNAHayat.org official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
f. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service;
g. disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;
h. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
i. "stalk" or otherwise harass another; or
j. Harvest or otherwise collect or store personal data about other users.
You acknowledge that APPNAHayat.org and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, move, edit, or delete any Content that is available via the Service. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.
You acknowledge and agree that APPNAHayat.org may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the User Agreement; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of APPNAHayat.org, its users and the public.
